RBM6 Proteins and Enzymes

RBM6 (RNA binding motif protein 6) contains an RNA recognition motif found in a variety of RNA binding proteins that function in RNA processing. RBM6 has also been identified as DEF-3, a gene that is differentially expressed during hematopoiesis and as G16, a gene that maps to a tumor suppressor locus involved in lung cancer.
