SRrp35 Proteins and Enzymes

SRrp35 is a protein measuring 261 amino acids long, weighing approximately 31 kDa, which works as a splicing factor by antagonizing SR proteins in the pre-mRNA splicing phase. Current research is being done on diseases and disorders related to this protein including malaria. SRrp35 has also been shown to have interactions with CDK6.
