Immunogen
Clone M562 was generated from a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids in the N-terminal region from human Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 1-A1/ALDH1A1. [UniProt# P00352]
Specificity
This antibody antibody detects a 55 kDa protein on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human A431, HepG2, and mouse liver, as well as human recombinant Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 1-A1/ALDH1A1. The antibody does not detect ALDH1A3 in PC3 cells, ALDH1A2 in Jurkat cells, and bovine tubulin (55 kDa).
Clonality
Monoclonal
Host
Mouse
Isotype
IgG2A
Theoretical MW
55 kDa.
Disclaimer note: The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
