Western Blot: EGR1 Antibody [NBP1-78775]
Western Blot: EGR1 Antibody [NBP1-78775] - Whole cell lysate from mouse bone marrow dendritic (D; 50 and 15 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), NIH3T3 (M; 50 mcg), human erythroleukemia (E; 50 mcg), and Jurkat (J; 50 mcg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EGR1 antibody used for WB at 0.4 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. EGR1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-EGR1 antibody NBP1-78776 which recognizes a disparate epitope.Western Blot: EGR1 Antibody - BSA Free [NBP1-78775] -
Comparison of host genes regulated by vIRFs with genes dysregulated upon KSHV infection in oral epithelial cells. (A) Venn diagrams showing the common and unique host genes that are regulated by the lenti-vIRFs versus during KSHV infection of HGEP cells. (B) Gene ontology analysis of host genes whose expression is regulated by both vIRF expression and KSHV infection. (C) RT-qPCR analysis of select vIRF1-regulated host genes in HGEP cells following KSHV infection at 24 hpi. Student’s t tests were performed between the mock and KSHV-infected HGEP samples. The statistical significance is indicated as * p ≤ 0.05 (samples of n = 3). (D) Immunoblot detection of a viral protein (ORF45) and a vIRF1-regulated host factor in mock and KSHV-infected HGEP cells at 24 hpi. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following open publication (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38932139), licensed under a CC-BY license.
