Lane C: Raji Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 ug per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight 800) at 1/10000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 17 kDa. Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: GMF-beta Antibody [NBP2-98937] - Immunofluorescence staining of GMF-beta in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-98937 antibody (1:1000) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red).Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.Applications for GMF-beta Antibody - Azide and BSA Free
