Specificity

Recombinant Human CXCL6/ GCP-2 (Catalog # 333-GC) induces chemotaxis in the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CXCR2 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Under these conditions, chemotaxis elicited by CXCL6/GCP-2 is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human CXCL6/GCP-2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB333). The ND50 is typically 8-30 µg/mL.

Recombinant Human CXCL6/GCP‑2 (Catalog # 333-GC) was serially diluted and captured by Mouse Anti-Human CXCL6/GCP‑2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB333) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Goat Anti-Human CXCL6/GCP‑2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF333) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)
