Scientific Data Images for Human DNER Antibody
Detection of Human DNER by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human brain (cerebellum) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human DNER Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3646) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for DNER at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human DNER Antibody
