NLRP10, also known as Pynod, NALP10, and NOD8, is a 75 kDa cytoplasmic protein that associates with the ASC component of inflammasomes. NLRP10 inhibits ASC‑dependent apoptosis, NFkB activation, and Caspase-1-dependent processing of IL-1 beta. Human NLRP10 contains one Pyrin domain (aa 1-96) and one NACHT domain (aa 167-484) but no leucine-rich repeats. Within aa 386-655, human NLRP10 shares approximately 50% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat NLRP10.

Scientific Data Images for NLRP10/Pynod/NALP10 Antibody (578502)
Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat NLRP10/Pynod/NALP10 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, HT-2 mouse T cell line, and L6 rat myoblast cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat NLRP10/Pynod/NALP10 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6606) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for NLRP10/Pynod/ NALP10 at approximately 80 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.Applications for NLRP10/Pynod/NALP10 Antibody (578502)
