Scientific Data Images for Human NF‑L Antibody
NF‑L in U‑251 MG Human Cell Line.
NF‑L was detected in immersion fixed U‑251 MG human glioblastoma cell line (positive staining) and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line (negative staining) using Mouse Anti-Human NF‑L Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB22162) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Staining was performed using our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.
NF-L in U-251 MG human glioblastoma cell line using RNAscope®ISH
NF-L mRNA was detected in formalin-fixed U-251 MG human glioblastoma cell line probed with ACD RNAScope®Probe-Hs-NEFL (Catalog # 468671) and stained using ACD RNAscope®2.5 HD Detection Reagents-RED (Catalog # 32260). This is an In Situ Hybridization control for NF-L expression.Applications for Human NF‑L Antibody
