E. coli-derived recombinant human p38 delta
Met1-Leu365
Accession # O15264

Specificity

Detects human p38 delta in Western blots. Mouse and rat p38 delta reactivity has not been demonstrated but is likely due to their high homology with human p38 delta. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant p38 alpha, p38 beta, or p38 gamma is observed.

Scientific Data Images for Human p38 delta Antibody

Detection of Human p38d antibody by Western Blot.

Detection of Human p38 delta by Western Blot.

Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 5 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human p38d Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1519) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, recombinant human p38 beta, p38?, p38d, and p38a (2 ng/lane) were included. A specific band for p38 delta was detected at approximately 42 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 4.
