Scientific Data Images for Human Pannexin‑2 Antibody
Detection of Human Pannexin‑2 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human brain (cortex) tissue and human brain (hippocampus) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Pannexin-2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7088) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Pannexin-2 at approximately 65 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
