  Membrane was incubated with Anti-MCTP2 antibody (1:300 in 5% BSA) for 1 hour at room temperature followed by 2 hours at 4 degrees Celsius. Membrane was then incubated with HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (1:10,000) for one hour.

  Cells were blocked for an hour with blocking buffer, incubated with primary anitbody (Novus Anti-MCTP2) for 3 hours, followed by one hour incubation with the secondary antibody (Alexa Flour 488).
