The TC2N (MTAC2D1) gene encodes a tandem C2 domains nuclear protein that in isoform 1 is 490 amino acids long and 55 kDA and in isoform 2is 426 amino acids long at 47 kDA. This gene interacts with the gene ELAVL1 and has been linked to thrombosis.
