Scientific Data Images for NucA nuclease Antibody
NucA nuclease ELISA Standard Curve.
Recombinant NucA nuclease was serially diluted 2-fold and captured by Rabbit Anti-NucA nuclease Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10063) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (DY990). Rabbit Anti-NucA nuclease Monoclonal Antibody (MAB100632) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (DY998) followed by Substrate Solution (DY999) and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution (DY994).
Detection of NucA nuclease by Western Blot.
Western blot shows recombinant NucA nuclease protein. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 ug/mL of Rabbit Anti-NucA nuclease Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10063) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF008). A specific band was detected for NucA nuclease at approximately 26 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Detection of NucA nuclease by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of recombinant NucA nuclease protein, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for NucA nuclease at approximately 35 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-NucA nuclease Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10063). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Applications for NucA nuclease Antibody
ELISA
This antibody functions as an ELISA capture antibody when paired with Rabbit Anti-NucA nuclease Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB100632).
This product is intended for assay development on various assay platforms requiring antibody pairs.
