Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RhoA Antibody (103) [NBP2-90107] - Immunofluorescence staining of RHOA in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-90107 antibody (dilution ratio 1:60) at 4? overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor-488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.Applications for RhoA Antibody (103) - Azide and BSA Free
