Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: V5 Epitope Tag Antibody (1071) [NBP2-43626]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: V5 Epitope Tag Antibody (1071) [NBP2-43626] - V5-tag tagged protein transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: V5 tag stained by V5 tag antibody [1071] diluted at 1:500.Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.Immunoprecipitation: V5 Epitope Tag Antibody (1071) [NBP2-43626]
Immunoprecipitation: V5 Epitope Tag Antibody (1071) [NBP2-43626] - Analysis of 400 ug cell lysate/extract of V5-fused gene transfected 293T cells A. 30 ug lysate/extract of transfected 293T cell B. Control with 2 ug of preimmune mouse IgG C. Immunoprecipitation of V5-fused protein by 2 ug of V5 tag antibody [1071] 12% SDS-PAGE The immunoprecipitated V5-fused protein was detected by V5 tag antibody diluted at 1:1000. EasyBlot anti-mouse IgG was used as a secondary reagent.Western Blot: V5 Epitope Tag Antibody (1071) [NBP2-43626] -
Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with V5 tag antibody [GT1071] (NBP2-43626) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.Applications for V5 Epitope Tag Antibody (1071) - Azide and BSA Free
