How to choose scWest Chips Based on Cell Size
Each scWest kit contains enough reagents for 8 scWest chip runs. If the cells are of unknown diameter, scWest calibration chips in the K800 kit are recommended to establish an optimal well diameter for your sample.

Training and Calibration Kits
Milo Training Kit
The Milo Training Kit contains reagents you need to complete 2 training runs on the Milo Single-Cell Western system. It also provides the scWest chips and buffers for 6 additional runs with your sample of interest. Sufficient mouse H3 primary antibody and fluorescent donkey anti-mouse secondary antibody are included to use as an internal control for your 2 training runs and 6 additional runs with your sample of interest.

scWest Calibration Kit
When a cell diameter is unknown, a scWest calibration chip can be used to determine which scWest chips should be used. Kit contains 4 scWest chips (variable well size) and all wash, lysis/run, suspension, and blocking buffers to run 4 chips.
