Western Blot:[NBP3-29685]-Detection of human ABI2 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ABI2 antibody used for WB at 0. 4 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. ABI2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ABI2 antibody BL9105, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds and 3 minutes.
