Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-30376]-

Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-30376]-Detection of human /JUB by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit /JUB antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. /JUB was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit /JUB antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated /JUB, was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
