Biological Activity
Prostaglandin with some selectivity for EP3 and EP4 receptors (Ki values are 1.1, 2.1, 36, 10� and 33 nM for mouse EP3, EP4, EP1, EP2 and IP receptors respectively). Inhibits platelet aggregation and is a vasodilator in vivo.
