Western Blot: Amphiphysin/AMPH Antibody [NB100-40788] - Western blot analysis of Amphiphysin using NB100-40788 at 0.5ug/ml in Mouse Brain lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer).Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Amphiphysin/AMPH Antibody [NB100-40788]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Amphiphysin/AMPH Antibody [NB100-40788] - (2.5ug/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Cerebellum. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.Applications for Amphiphysin/AMPH Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
Immunohistochemistry
2 - 4 ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin
2 - 4 ug/ml
Peptide ELISA
Detection limit 1:16000
Western Blot
0.1 - 0.5 ug/ml
Application Notes
WB: Approx. 125 kDa band observed in mouse brain lysates is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 9348539).
A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 45 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human cerebellum shows nuclear and fibrous staning.
