Multicolor Flow Cytometry Kits and Panels

Banner for multicolor flow cytometry

Flow cytometry is a powerful tool to analyze multiple targets on a single cell. With increased capability to analyze multiple antigens in the same sample comes increased complexity of multicolor flow cytometry panel design.

Allow our team of scientists to take the guess work out of flow cytometry panel design and provide you with validated antibody fluorochrome combinations for your cell type of interest. Bio-Techne provides ready-to-use flow cytometry kits with conjugated primary antibodies, isotype controls, and all necessary buffers. Looking for a little more flexibility? Explore our validated multicolor flow cytometry panels to pick your antibodies of interest from our expert suggestions.

Pseudocolor flow cytometry plots showing phenotype of NK Cells with antibodies to CD56, CD3, NKp30, NKp46, CD16, and NKG2D.

Human NK cell phenotyping by flow cytometry. PBMCs were expanded for 13 days and stained with antibodies from the FlowX NK Human NK Cell Phenotyping Flow Cytometry Kit (Catalog #FMC033). CD3-CD56+ NK cells are examined for expression of NKp30, CD16, NKG2D, and NKp46. CD3 (clone UCHT1), NKG2D/CD314 (clone 149810), NKp30/NCR3 (clone 210845), and NKp46/NCR1 (clone 195314) were independently validated by HLDA and used to designate CD nomenclature of target.
