Aripiprazole is a high affinity dopamine D₂ and 5-HT_1A receptor partial agonist (K_i values are ~1.64 and 5.59 nM respectively). Also 5-HT_2A antagonist (K_i = 8.7 nM). Suppresses morphine-induced emesis in vivo. Atypical antipsychotic.
