ARN 14686
Chemical Name: (S)-Undec-10-yn-1-yl (2-oxoazetidin-3-yl)carbamate
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
ARN 14686 is a NAAA (N-acylethanolamine acid amidase) activity-based protein profiling (ABPP) probe. Can be used to detect NAAA in cell lysates or intact cells. Covalently binds the N-terminal cysteine of catalytically active NAAA. Detects catalytically active NAAA in inflamed rat paw in CFA model of inflammation. Potent NAAA inhibitor (IC50 = 6 nM).Technical Data
