Interacts with beta-tubulin and GPHN. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Intracytoplasmic membrane. Cytoskeleton. Largely associated with intracellular membrane structures including the Golgi apparatus and post-synaptic cisternae. Colocalizes with microtubules. SIMILARITY: Belongs to the MAP1 LC3 family.
