Western Blot:[NBP3-29579]-Detection of human and mouse Atlastin-3 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, Jurkat, HEK293T and mouse NIH 3T3 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Atlastin-3 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. Atlastin-3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Atlastin-3 antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds and 10 seconds.
