BI-6901 is a potent and selective CCR10 antagonist (IC₅₀ = 1 - 25 nM). BI-6901 inhibits CCL27-dependent chemotaxis of Ba/F3 cells (IC₅₀ = 1 nM) and reduces inflammation in a DNFB-stimulated animal model of contact hypersensitivity.
