FAQs for BID [p Ser78] Antibody - BSA Free
-
Q: Hi, I'm interested in some information about your rabbit anti-BID phospho Ser78 antibody (cat# NB500-260). Is the band expected at ~22kDa and is it a single band that we should expect? for both mouse and human?
A: BID is expressed as a number of different isoforms and is subject to phosphorylation, therefore you should expect to see multiple bands in your western blot around 22 kDa, but this will depend on the specific expression pattern in your samples. This is true for both the mouse and human proteins.
-
Q: I have a question regarding one of your antibodies. It is for catalog #NB500-260, Rabbit anti-mouse BID (pSer78). Do you have any Western Blot images and/or links to published data?
A: Thank you for taking an interest in our Bid Antibody. Unfortunately we do not have any references but we do have a western blot image. I would like to reassure you with our full money back guarantee if you find that the antibody does not work.
