Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-30352]-

Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-30352]-Detection of human BLVRA by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. BLVRA was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated BLVRA, was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
