Scientific Data Images for Bone marrow stromal cell antigen 1/CD157 Antibody (DMC444) - Chimeric
Flow Cytometry: Bone marrow stromal cell antigen 1/CD157 Antibody (DMC444) - Chimeric [NBP3-48341]
Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-Bone marrow stromal cell antigen 1/CD157 (DMC444) on HEK293 cells transfected with human Bone marrow stromal cell antigen 1/CD157 (Blue histogram) or HEK293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram).Flow Cytometry: Bone marrow stromal cell antigen 1/CD157 Antibody (DMC444) - Chimeric [NBP3-48341]
Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human BST1 mAb(NBP3-48341). (A) NBP3-48341 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express BST1. (B) A clear peak shift of NBP3-48341 was seen compared to the control when incubated with BST1-expressing THP-1 cells, indicating strong binding of NBP3-48341 to BST1. Antibodies were incubated at 5 ug/mL.Applications for Bone marrow stromal cell antigen 1/CD157 Antibody (DMC444) - Chimeric
