If you want to assemble an ELISA using H00001446-D01P, I would recommend pairing it with another one of their antibodies from a different species and their recombinant protein used to generate their antibodies. In this case, H00001446-D01P is a rabbit polyclonal antibody, H00001446-B01P is a mouse polyclonal antibody and H00001446-P01 is the protein. Since both antibodies are polyclonal, it doesn't matter which one is used for detection or capture. To detect the ELISA, you can either directly label one of the antibodies using one of our antibody labeling kits or you can use a secondary conjugated to your enzyme of choice.
