Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCDC28A antibody NBP3-29355 used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. CCDC28A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCDC28A., which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CCDC28A, was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
