Immunoprecipitation: CCDC8 Antibody [NBP1-50022] - Detection of Human CCDC8 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCDC8 antibody used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. CCDC8 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCDC8 antibody which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CCDC8 was used at 0.4 mcg/ml, and the ReliaBLOT Reagents and Procedures were incorporated.
