Immunoprecipitation:CCDC86 AntibodyNBP3-30396] -Detection of human CCDC86 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCDC86 antibody NBP3-30396 used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. CCDC86 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCDC86 antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CCDC86, was used at 1 µg/ml.
