Western Blot:[NBP3-29151]-Detection of human and mouse CCT8 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat and mouse NIH 3T3 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCT8 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CCT8 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCT8 antibodies, A303-447 and, which recognize upstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 10 seconds and 3 seconds.
