Western Blot:[NBP3-30448]-Detection of human CENP-I by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CENP-I antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CENP-I was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CENP-I antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds and 10 seconds.
