Western Blot:[NBP3-30714]-Detection of human CIP29 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CIP29 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CIP29 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CIP29 antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds and 10 seconds.Applications for CIP29 Antibody
