Clemastine fumarate is a h₁-receptor antagonist. Enhances differentiation of oligodendrocyte progenitor cells into myelin basic protein-positive oligodendrocytes in vitro and promotes remyelination in vivo. Also displays antimuscarinic properties. Clinically-used antihistamine.
