Western Blot: Cytokeratin 6a Antibody (SN71-07) [NBP2-67705] - Analysis of Cytokeratin 6a on different lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1:200,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature. Positive control: Lane 1: A431 cell lysate Lane 2: Human skin tissue lysate

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Cytokeratin 6a Antibody (SN71-07) [NBP2-67705] - Staining Cytokeratin 6 in A431 cells (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.

And then probed with the primary antibodies Cytokeratin 6 (red) at 1/50 dilution at +4 overnight, washed with PBS. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (iFluor(TM) 594) was used as the secondary antibodies at 1/1,000 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
