Immunoprecipitation: DCP1B Antibody [NBP2-04008]
Immunoprecipitation: DCP1B Antibody [NBP2-04008] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DCP1B antibody NBP2-04008 used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. DCP1B was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DCP1B antibody NBP2-04009, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated DCP1B, NBP2-04008 was used at 0.4 ug/ml.
