Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: DLL3 Antibody (SC16.15) - Chimeric - BSA Free [NBP3-45128] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed U2OS cells on coverslips stained with NBP3-45128 (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution), showing cytoplasmic, vesicle, and nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show, from left-right, top-bottom, NBP3-45128, DAPI, merged channels, and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

Applications for DLL3 Antibody (SC16.15) - Chimeric - BSA Free

Application
Recommended Usage

ELISA

Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.

Flow Cytometry

Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.

Functional

Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
Application Notes
This antibody can mediate killing of tumor cells expressing DLL3 and facilitate the delivery of cytotoxic agents to live cells, in an vitro cell killing assay. This antibody was capable of killing OV26 cells, an ovarian NET NTX tumor, with a sub-picomolar EC50 (e.g. 0.14 pM).
