Species: MouseAssay Type: In VitroCell Line/Tissue: hematopoieticVerified Customer | Posted 07/16/2025I used dTAGV-1-NEG as a control for an experiment in which I am testing the degradation of a transcription factor that we added an FKBP12 tag to the C-terminus. For this experiment, I used intracellular flow cytometry to assess transcription factor protein levels over 60 minutes of dTAGV-1 treatment. Whereas the addition of dTAGV-1 induced increasing degradation of the protein from 15-60minutes of treatment, the sample treated with dTAGV-1-NEG showed no degradation (relative to the untreated sample). I'll be using this product as a control instead of DMSO alone for future experiments!
