Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18376]-

Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18376]-Detection of human EI24 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EI24 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. EI24 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-EI24 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated EI24, was used at 0. 4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
