Product Description
endo-IWR 1 is an inhibitor of Wnt signaling. Induces an increase in axin2 protein levels; promotes β-catenin phosphorylation by stabilizing Axin-scaffolded destruction complexes. Promotes endothelial cell specification of cardiac progenitor cells and may be used in protocols for the generation of retinal pigment epithelial cells from hPSCs, and for the generation and propagation of EPS cells (see our protocol below).
Negative Control also available.
