Western Blot:[NBP3-29571]-Detection of human Ets-1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat, HEK293T and HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Ets-1 antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. Ets-1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Ets-1 antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
