Western Blot:[NBP3-29187]-

Western Blot:[NBP3-29187]-Detection of human EVI5 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa and HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EVI5 antibody BL3342 used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. EVI5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-EVI5 antibodies BL3340 and BL3341, which recognize upstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes and 1 second.
