ExCellerate T Cell Media is optimized for T cell expansion in a G-Rex bioreactor. This media is compatible with a variety of cytokine combinations (IL-2, IL-7, and IL-15) AF RUO Proteins from R&D Systems in different cell activation methods, including particle, bead-based, or plate-bound. The activation reagents, culture vessel, and cytokine growth factor combinations used with this media should be optimized by application or experimental protocol.
