Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18391]-Detection of human FAM134A by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit antibody lot 2 used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. FAM134A was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody.
