    In vitro redox reaction with recombinant Fhl2 protein. Fhl2 was reduced by dithiothreitol and labeled with biotin-iodoacetamide (BIAM) in vitro. Multiple BIAM labeling was detected by immunoblot with anti-Fhl2 antibody (NBP1-31262) as a band shift.
