WB: Approx. 55 kDa band observed in human bone marrow lysates (calculated MW of 59.9 kDa band according to NP_054772.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. An anonymous customer has reported successful usage on cell line K562.

Background: FLVCR

FLVCR is responsible for exporting cytoplasmic heme. It may be required to protect developing erythroid cells from heme toxicity. It causes suceptibility to FeLV-C in vitro.
